An excellent place for a couple to relax. The nightly rate does not include a wristband fee of $25,000 per person from age 7.
Every Colombian guest must provide their ID number, full name, city of origin, email address, and the license plate or registration of their vehicle if arriving by car, along with their arrival time in the city. In the bedroom, there is a double bed for a couple or a single person. In the living room, there is a sofa bed for one person and a chair bed for one person. The bedroom has air conditioning and a ceiling fan. The living room has a ceiling fan; there is no air conditioning in the living room. The bedroom's air is controlled by a wall-mounted unit. The air conditioning will turn off if the door is opened and left open for more than 3 minutes. It is mandatory to read the apartment's conditions before booking. Guests are informed through the platform that if the apartment is booked for 3 people, two will sleep in the double bed in the bedroom and one will sleep on a sofa bed or chair bed. The red chair bed can be moved to the bedroom if air conditioning is desired. Santa Marta is a coastal city near the Caribbean Sea, where temperatures can exceed 40 degrees Celsius. While our apartments are equipped with air conditioning in the bedrooms, common areas like the living room and kitchen do not have this system. Due to extreme heat and global warming, air conditioners may take longer to cool spaces.
When paying the wristbands fee of $25,000 per person aged 7 and older, guests will have access to the building's pools during specific hours: from 7 AM to 12 noon for those on the 1st floor, and from 12 noon to 8 PM for those on the 3rd floor. The jacuzzis on the 3rd floor can be used from 12 noon to 8 PM. The jacuzzis on the 16th floor require advance reservation through the building's designated staff. Beach tents, located one kilometer from the building, also require reservation through the building's staff and are subject to schedule and availability. The gym and game area are available for guests from 9 AM to 7 PM. Guests arriving by car must inform their hostess of the vehicle's complete license plate before check-in.
